Something is waking up RAMO. Volume is starting to rise along with the pps. I have watched the L-2 for the past 6 weeks and there were never more than 2 MM's listed with a huge spread between the Bid/Ask. Today 4 showed up for some reason and the Bid /Ask was more normal.

Not sure what this letter means that was filed this afternoon. It's a little tough to read because it looks like it was filed by faxing.

Maybe one of you have an idea.
