First of all, don't in any way read this post to be comprehensive, this is just beginning to scratch the surface in my opinion..
I just want newcomers and all to get an idea of how huge of a deal this is going to be.

If I missed anything major that was posted today about CSIdentity, please reply to this post and link it so others can find it.

Please keep searching and finding more awesome stuff and thanks to all who daily contribute to the excellent DD on this board.

1. Why does CSIdentity have a good chance of being the merger candidate?
***************************************************************

Many on the board have received communications that there is some type of partnership already between the two for the past few months: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=60513855

2. Why is CSIdentity a good company?

Excerpts from the link in this post.

A company called InvestCorp saw fit to invest $35 million dollars into CSIdentity. Some of the quotes from that article coming from InvestCorp show extreme confidence in that investment..

This article is from over a year ago.. They have obviously grown since then..

Morrow said CSI has annual revenue "well north of $10 million" and an investment value of about $100 million.
Morrow said his company and its new investors aim to build a company that will be worth between $500 million and $1 billion over the next several years.

Investcorp says it targets companies in high-growth markets that have shown signs of early success.

"We are very picky," said Alex Guira, co-head of Investcorp's technology investment arm. "We looked at 2,500 potential deals in 2009, and this is the only deal we did."

Guira said his company likes CSIdentity's management team, its established base of security software, its emerging market leadership and its recurring revenue.

Out of 2500 companies, CSIdentity was the only one that Investcorp saw worthy and felt confident to invest in.

4. What could this be worth if CSIdentity is the candidate?
********************************************************

CSIdentity is a private company and of course doesn't post public financials and figures. The only thing I have found that puts some type of number is the comment from the article above, which is over a year old where the CEO states they have revenues well north of 10 million.
This figure is probably much more now being over a year later, plus it will be coupled with whatever revenues/partnerships/clients/etc. Guard Dog brings to the table to create an even bigger and more profitable company.

This is going to be a HUGE HUGE deal if we find out CSIdentity is who we are merging with. We could instantly be worth somewhere in the .20-.50 range or more based on CSIdentity's revenues alone. Can't wait till the bomb drops to make it final Mid-March and see some financials!
