nxxi_08, what proof do you have that they have not paid the dividends? have you been an investor since 2003, 2005, or 2007 and havent received them? because the way the 8k reads is that they sent them out to the brokerage firms in the form of certificates and the individual must contact the brokerage firm. you said "investors" like me dont understand so help me to understand your statement. all the evidence (financial etc) points to the fact that they paid the dividends.
