Full Consolidated DD – NVSR – NavStar Technologies, Inc.
www.navstarinc.com

Share Structure – as of Dec 31, 2010
Authorized: 100,000,000
Issued/Outstanding: 16,000,000
Restricted: 7,000,000
Tradable Float: 9,000,000

Recent Trading action:
This Float is so small and is slowly being locked up by shareholders. L2 extremely thin. The investor base is growing and the LONG contingent will not be budging with their shares due to the HUGE revenue potential of this company. Current valuation estimates range from $0.10 to $0.15 pps before even considering the EOBR opportunity.

Evidence of the scarce amount of shares available was seen on Feb 17th as the price saw a low of 0.033 just after the opening bell and reached a high of $0.10 on just 577,264 shares traded. The Volume has picked up over the past couple of weeks and the pps has recently seen retracement back as some profits are being taken. This explosive nature is expected to be seen again in the near future as the company advances their marketing efforts and the shareholder base continues to grow.

NavStar’s Sales Focus Summary

- Electronic On-Board Recorder (EOBR)
- Vehicle/Portable Asset Tracker (VAT)
- Personal Asset Tracker
- Software Services

The most exciting and explosive potential of these product lines is the EOBR market opportunity.

Electronic On-Board Recorder (EOBR)

NavStar's NSTRAK EOBR unit is fully compliant with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations to date. The unit will eliminate the need for written driver logs and minimize the risk of inspections. The DOT is currently giving Trucking companies incentives to switch to EOBR devices.

The NavStar EOBR is mounted to the dashboard of the vehicles and connects with the engine. Information gathered from the engine, along with the GPS monitoring the unit provides, will give users an accurate display of the vehicles activity, and will be compliant with FMCSA regulations pertaining to the accurate recording of the drivers Hours of Service (HOS). The unit will transmit required data to a secure server for the Trucking companies to monitor, and the software provided by NavStar will fulfill all HOS regulations. The indiviual unit will also be able to send, or print, driver log books required for FMCSA HOS inspections.

Since the unit will have GPS capabilities, it will also be able to assist the company in managing the costs assoicated with the operations of their vehicles and fleets. The company will be able to monitor the drivers activities and manage changes that might result in better gas mileage and other cost saving factors.

Other benefits include asset tracking, and vehicle recovery. The use of NavStar's EOBR units will greatly enhance the recovery of stolen vehicles and/or merchandise.

EOBR Market Penetration Revenue Potential (Conservative estimates)
Based on conservative 16 Million Commercial Trucking Fleet Vehicles (estimated to be as high as 20M vehicles)

This Revenue Summary only includes US Trucking Fleets - Government Legislation is also targeting all Commercial Bus Fleets in the US and does not consider the global demand for this type of hardware/software that will likely spread once adopted in the US.
Yes, that’s 1/10th of 1% market share would produce over $17M in Revenues. NavStar Management’s initial focus is to capture 1% market share ($176M Revenues) initially by targeting small to medium trucking fleets with growth plans in place to capture additional market share in the future

EOBR Mandated Industry Storyline:

US Government is continuing to put pressure on the trucking industry to improve driver/carrier safety to enhance the overall safety of the roads for the general public. Government Legislation mandating EOBR usage is under way
