ALL THINGS LOOOOOOOKING GOOD !!!!

A. Judge Fogel one sharp cookie. Great courtroom "listener" and very thoughtful. Glad we are in SJ vs E. Tex.

B. Leckrones (Sr-Jr.) on W. Side of Courtroom, on their left, Moore, Bald Guy (think name Bailey who works with him has posted on "yack-goricommecon") and believe an Atty w/them.

C. "Our" attys - Terrific !!!!

D. About 35-40 peeps in Court, mostly suits but a few jeans type (probably SEC).

E. Motion to Dismiss (Judge Fogel didnt "deny" but IMO leaning that way - Leaning(FOR claim contruction (MARKMAN) date to be determined apparently he has had reverseals w/o - (BARCO - Better settle (THEY WERE IMO WEAK in all phases !!!!!)

F. ALL was completed approx 10:15 am PDT......

E. Check Chart UPTREND and proceeding end....hmmmmmm? (NOT me (500k shs)

G. (BUT "MUCH MORE MONDAY" for sure (if i can get @ .30-.35 !!!!!)

H. Hope Moore and TPL can work out probs. Judge Fogel seems to have a "grasp" of this sit. and has "years" invested as well.

I. Like my total faith in patents and USPTO recerts vs. the "neverending" bs put forth on this and the yackie board.

K. Judge Fogel, AGAIN, is one sharp cookie.......and from watching believe that HE KNOWS what WE HAVE (as does the USPTO) !!!!!!
