I emailed the CEO and got a response within about half an hour!!!

Dear Brian;

Thank you for the email. And welcome aboard! It's always a pleasure to hear from new shareholders.

As of today, our current O/S is 81,942,322 shares. I believe the float is approx 54M, but I'm not certain of the exact number since the SEC made our registration statement effective, which subsequently moved a block of previously-restricted shares into the "float" category now that they are registered shares. But I am sure our transfer agent would be happy to supply that number to you anytime you want to call them to check.

We are targeting the startup of operations at the Ruby in mid-2011. The exact date depends on when we receive our EB-5 funding, which itself depends on when we get formal approval from USCIS for our EB-5 status We expect it will take a few more months yet, but the exact timing is not in our control. Suffice to say that as soon as we receive our EB-5 funding, we expect to begin operations within 30 to 60 days thereafter.
