Yes that's the critical information I'd like to confirm too. I will dig more into it. But China does not have official report like 43-101 so it is not easy to get accurate numbers.

From another county introduction webpage (http://baike.911cha.com/a2lnNg==.html), I found that it was claimed that the whole Chenxi county has a reserve/resource (I dont know how they are defined in Chinese) of 150 Millin ton of phosphate rocks, 18-40%. Considering that they did mentioned that Gaoping village is the one with rich phosphate in the county, those numbers from Sterling seems in the ball park. I will certainly dig more to confirm it.
