We have determined, based on our risk policy and review, that we will not be able to process your request to deposit shares of xxx,xxx,xxx shares of RCCH into your optionsXpress account from TD Ameritrade.

Keep in mind that Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet securities have overall, and particularly recently, been the subject of possible fraud in the industry and our firm has made a decision to limit this kind of transaction given our focus on online trading of derivatives and equities. optionsXpress reserves the right to extend, deny or retract business at its sole discretion, which is included in its New Account User/Customer Agreement, "Section 11, Account Restriction or Breach" to which you agreed.
