Alliance Enterprise Corp

Overview:

The Alliance Enterprise Corporation (TAE) is a development stage company with a mission to become the worldwide provider of an aerial detection system for emerging markets that include: landmine detection and mapping, homeland security, security patrol of nuclear power plants, hydro dams, sensitive government installations, border patrol and harbor patrol.

The biggest dilemma facing the landmine problem today is determining which areas are clear of landmines and which are not. Inhabitants of these lands are using dogs and de-miners crawling on their stomachs, probing the earth’s surface with a prod to qualify areas.

These inhabitants need idle land to be productive and safe again. The Company’s objective and priority is to fulfill this need in its development of an airborne system that is designed to serve this purpose 100 times faster than existing methods used today.

Investment Highlights
Many experts believe that under current conditions it would take more than 1,100 years to clear the entire world of mines provided that no additional mines are planted. Meanwhile, The Alliance Enterprise Corporation announced on October 23rd, 2007, the integration of a second airborne vehicle that is designed to rapidly identify land areas embedded with landmines 100 times faster than today’s methods.
At a current cost to remove a single landmine ranging between $1,000 and $1,500, this translates into an overall financial cost to society of $100-$150 billion dollars. With a conservative estimate of penetrating 3-5% of this market over the next 4-5 years, TAE’s revenues could reach $3-7 billion.
The Hystar LML (Landmine Locator) is capable of flying a few centimeters above open terrain; it can fly extremely slow and hover extensively; it can rotate 360 degrees while hovering or in a directional flight, and the Hystar remains perfectly stable (horizontal) during all its flight maneuvers.

Technology

HighSky

The HighSky is a high level altitude sensor array designed to rapidly scan suspected landmine areas at higher altitudes from one to thirty meters. The purpose of the HighSky Sensor is to identify areas that are free of landmines which can become immediately productive for agriculture, mining, oil and water drilling, as well as identifying land for infrastructure development.

The principles of the company's sensor imaging technology is the first real breakthrough in engineering for landmine discovery. The company uses detectors to receive different classes of information from the scene under consideration. The output from those detectors comprise a value proportional to the received information. This array of sensors can then be used to produce an image. By using an array solution the company generates a more robust image that leads to explicit predictability. This is necessary as landmine removal requires both accuracy and confidence in scanning.

LowSky
The LowSky is a close proximity sensor array designed to detect and map (within 2 to 3cms) all types of landmines, including non-metallic mines that are on or buried under the surface.

The LowSky and other sensors are mounted on the sensor bar of the Hystar LML. As the Hystar LML flies slowly over the area, the sensor bar rotates 360 degrees while it is lowered and raised in close proximity to the surface of the ground. The rotation of the sensor bar and the Hystar overlapping its directional flight insures multiple sensor detection on each landmine.

UAV
An aerial system used to detect, locate, and destroy metal and plastic landmines. The LML is a revolutionary hybrid aircraft capable of unique flight maneuvers that will carry landmine detection sensors. The aerial platform, known as the Hystar LML (Landmine Locator), is a one-of-a-kind airborne platform with flight capabilities unmatched by any other aircraft. The Hystar LML is capable of flying a few centimeters above open terrain; it can fly extremely slow and hover extensively; it can rotate 360 degrees while hovering or in a directional flight, and the Hystar remains perfectly stable (horizontal) during all its flight maneuvers.

This aircraft is the perfect, stable aerial platform to carry an array of landmine sensors. The sensors are mounted on a sensor bar which rotates 360 degrees and moves up and down within a few centimeters of the surface. The sensor bar is equipped with a one-of-a-kind altimeter which measures altitude as low as 2cm above the surface.

Market Potential

Mine Removal

The number of landmines in former war zones is estimated at 100 million. In addition to providing these services, TAE will be playing a key role towards freeing those citizens, countries and industries held hostage by these deadly and destructive anti-personnel devices, thereby facilitating economic and social re-development of these contaminated areas currently sitting idle.

There are many de-mining contractors in 83 countries using a variety of methods that are life-threatening, time consuming, and costly. These contractors do not have the equipment or technology equivalent to the LML system. They do not have an aerial sensor system that will detect and map the location of the landmines and provide a rapid aerial qualification of contaminated areas. The company views these contractors not as competitors, but as ideal candidates to be Alliance Partners with the company.

Security

TAE will be able to capitalize on the UAV platform and sensory array in a number of additional marketplaces. The company will design, develop, market and service sophisticated electronic security systems throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.
