On the Nevada SOS for SECU it shows Phillip Welsh as President, Director, Secretary, and etc on the reinstatement. I googled his name and address and it looks like he has another active shell called Omega Ventures Group. http://www.nvannualreport.com/entities-DPC-OMEGA-VENTURES-GROUP-INC-CIK-0000741017.aspx ticker symbol OMGV. For those of you doing DD on SECU this weekend, I thought maybe this might help a little in your research. If I find any more info I will relay it to the board.
