The Red Pill Explained

First....we want to thank everyone who has participated to make the Red Pill one of the fastest growing boards on iHub. What this means is that there was a need.

As one poster here said, "everyone has a bias". This is true and to think otherwise would be to try to distort reality and there's enough of that going on already. That said, what seemed to be missing from iHub is a board that didn't focus the blame on the "other guy", as if all the problems this country has are due solely to one party or the other. Both parties have failed the American Public. This board is for those Americans who are willing to put aside their differences for the good of the country.

On this board we are neither right wing nor left wing. we believe both sides to be equally delusional and corrupt. it is only the belief that one side is better than the other that makes it possible for this kakistocracy to continue unabated... alienIQ November 04, 2010.

Is there an overall conspiracy to take over the United States and the World?.....some think so.....others not, but whichever way you lean, if you want to address the real issues this country faces head on, then you're in the right place.

Actually, my disappointment isn't with government since, by and large, government in and of itself is meaningless. my disappointment is with people since government is merely a reflection of what people will tolerate. failure of government is IN FACT a failure of the people and when people choose to place blame on "government" what they are in fact doing is denying their on role in the mess. refusing to take responsibility for the situation they've allowed to exist.

In short: We are the government. What the government does is act out to the limits we allow and tolerate. It's impossible to hate our government and give the people a pass. They are one and the same.

If a government ceases to represent the people, it is the responsibility of the people to remove that government. If the people fail to remove that government, the failure is that of the people, not the government.... alienIQ October 25, 2010

Go out there and find the stories and articles that the MSM won't report. If they won't inform us, we'll inform each other. Take the best from the blogs and bring it here. Make this a place where folks can do one-stop shopping for real news and insightful op-ed pieces. Let your research do the talking. Everyone has an opinion and it allows us get to know each other on a personal level, but let's give a little credit to our readers and let them make up their own minds based on the evidence you present. You cannot browbeat your view into someone.......that only works against you and the truth as you see it. We know we can speak for Alien IQ on this......it's something we will insist on. Let's treat each other with respect.

I think we're reaching a point in which something like this does not have to come completely "out in the open" (i.e. be acknowledged on the MSM) in order for the truth to be widely understood and accepted by the majority (or at least a substantial amount) of the people. I think the days of needing MSM verification are behind us and is evidenced by the ever greater number of people who simply do not trust the MSM at all any longer...and with good reason.

The internet has done some good things. Information distribution is among the post powerful of the things it's done.... alienIQ November 22, 2010
