4k9p, it looks like NRS is under some kind of tenant agreement where some of EXPO's underemployed people may get extra work. How much of any process EXPO is involved with has always been suspect. Seems like a good deal for NRS though. I hope it works out for NRS and EXPO gets a few bones!

Let's see if EXPO goes back to the EXPH well for more shares in the upcoming weeks?! I'm going to guess they do in spite of their last PR wink AJMHO
