# Goldgroup Mining has a market cap of $124 million and 84.9 million shares outstanding. The company has one working mine and two fast-tracked projects in Mexico. The working mine, Cerro Colorado, produces 25,000 ounces of gold per year.

# One of those projects, Caballo Blanco, is the one I visited. It should produce gold starting next year, with annual production targeted at 100,000 ounces per year.

# The company owns 70% of the Caballo Blanco project (Almaden Minerals owns the other 30%).
