..i wrote this before, not that anyone really should care, but i agree..the big question is, how does that happen? how does it go from current pps to that higher range? well, first off, Tony explained his understanding of the process, based on his pro's input, it's about uplisting, and having a basis...the "current" pps isn't THE factor..so it's not expected to have some major league moves making it spike to .02 or something to get over some threshold which makes uplisting range work...

Uplisting allows the MM for ENTI to set the price...there is a requirement that the basis for the pps range be provided on the form....then sustaining the pps, or a pps for a week...
just saying, what the forms say, and what the process seems to indicate (ENTI MMs/consultants indicate based on high number of shareholders for ENTI, and the action, and what's in store and what ENTI has already...the range is quite achievable/reasonable):
