Erik is in DEEP DOO-DOO because of this LETTER HE SENT out that had nothing but deceit and lies.. This letter he sent out in January of this year.... If you notice he talks in the third person as if A lawyer wrote it but it has his name at the bottom.
Either way you look at it. You don't put a letter out like the one you'll see without a court decision. This guy must be drugged out on something because , ADSV is so confident that they are GOING ANTI-TRUST on HIS ASK !!!!!

BTW , I've called his ( ERIK'S ) #'s Office 941-575-0243 cell 941-740-0074 and he's not answering NEITHER..

ADSV is suing RIGSECURE also because they are in the same field and as every business man knows , when you sell a business , you have to sign a NON-COMPETE( Which erik did of course) and ERIK is violating the NON compete with RIGSECURE. Here is a link to one of Eriks competing businesses.

As a refresher here's the case against Erik and crew!!!

On February 8, 2011, (Doc. 11CV877 US), CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., a New Jersey Corporation and Applied Security Innovations, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, filed suit in the Federal Court Southern District of New York, seeking both injunctive and monetary relief against Erik Hoffer, CGM Security Solutions, Inc., a Florida Corporation dba Rig Secure, Inc. and Navatech Container Security, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, and Navatech USA, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company and Elizer Navarsky.

The Complaint alleges that Defendants, individually and severally, conspired to wrongfully and materially interfere with the business operations of the Plaintiffs by publishing false statements to the customers and investors, concerning the Plaintiffs' financial position. The Complaint further alleges that Defendants, jointly or severally, competed in violation of the Restrictive Covenant as part of the acquisition of Defendant Hoffer's company. The Complaint further alleges that Defendants, individually and severally, acted to divert commercial transactions away from Plaintiffs causing Plaintiffs to experience losses in sales and good will.

Filed simultaneously with the Complaint, is an application (Order To Show Cause) for Injunctive Relief, seeking suspension of Plaintiffs obligation to remit additional sums required as part of the acquisition. The application is supported by the Certification of Anthony Shupin, Plaintiffs' President, who asserts that the wrongful acts of Defendants have had a deleterious affect and seeks a Court Order authorizing the suspension of payments until further Order from the Court. Mr. Shupin's Certification states that all required past payments have been satisfied.


Erik jumped the GUN BIG TIME. he made his own decision to BACK SOLICIT.. I asked him was that smart to put that letter out and he obviously didn't like my meddling..


ERik said ADSV OWES him $4 mILLION and guess what, He ain't getting it... If he's so mad at ADSV , why hasn't he filed anything against them ?


If someone owed me $4,000,000. and they were a public Co. , I'd sue in a heartbeat !!!!! What a moron !!!!!!
