Prime Sun Power will build and sell the first 100 MW projects
to institutional investors. The Company has already attracted interest from investors and needs to secure €160 million from those investors through a major financial institution in order to initiate the construction of several plants in Italy and France and
Greece. The remaining €630 million will be debt funded. Negotiations
will begin in the last quarter of 2010.
