Does it mean anything that barcharts rates this stock as a Buy:

Barcharts also says total volume for the day was 238,500, whereas Scottrade says the volume was 133,500 (a 105,000 difference). Ihub says there was an after hours trade at .0006 (I wonder if someone put in a sell with one too many zeros).
