Failure to file updated financials. Company will have to refile to become current but I dont think will happen. It takes management and money,are you aware of either???

Blumberg was promoting this issue around a year ago, I watched stock price go one way (not up). Bloomfield seems like a pump and dumper albeit do not have the slightest scienter of proof, just a feeling.
