SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 2005--As of March 30th, 2005 CyberZONE Inc. (CBZJ) (PINK SHEETS:CBZJ - News)has acquired a partnership with world wide known CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). CB Richard Ellis is the pinnacle of the commercial real estate industry and will leverage the industry's most powerful knowledge base to meet the commercial real estate needs of CBZJ worldwide. Operating globally, CB Richard Ellis holds a leadership position in virtually all of the world's key business centers. CB Richard Ellis will be supplying local, regional, national and/or global assignments for CBZJ. CB Richard Ellis will also be applying insight, experience, intelligence and resources to help CBZJ make informed business and real estate decisions.
Carrie Bobb is the representative real estate broker from CB Richard Ellis, and will be handling all of CBZJ's acquisitions in prospective property. Mrs. Bobb joined CB Richard Ellis as an Associate in the Wheel Program. The program is considered the industry's premier training program focusing on in-depth sales, market and management skills.
