I just spoke to Terri...

Terri called me back and left me a voicemail "the inital filing was scheduled to be done today, however upon receiving information from the new accounting firm there were many changes and corrections made through past examinations. Because of this our CEO [Troy] and CFO filed a 10Q to allow an extention to better understand what changes took place through past filings.

I called her back and left a message asking if we can suspect the filing to be done this week.

"It will be within the 5 day range"


Personally i don't think the filing will happen on the 5 day mark. I've seen companies file the very next day. So stay strong and hold on.
