OK all i know i have been busy today so sorry for the delay.... I spoke to the company today and asked several direct questions so here they are....

1) Has the SS increased in anyway shape or form. and i was told no everything remains the same and we have no intentions of increasing the SS anytime soon. I asked about the current shares being traded and how we have not up ticked with over 700MM traded in 2 days and that looks like dilution to me she said no its old financing hitting the market....

2) this lead to my next question I stated with funding coming in and you don't plan on using shares to do funding who are you merging with. there was a pause in the line and then she said i can discus anything about mergers with you. they did back peddle and try to goo back to not talking about a few other things but i worded all my question is a specific order to force them to answer what i wanted to get what i wanted.....

3) I hit on we have not heard from the company in 34 days what is the plans for hearing from you. I was told i can't tell you a date or time or what the news is about that we will release but yes before next weeks end i would expect news.

4) I did have a concern about Preferred shares being converted to Common shares and they stated NO! this will not happen.

Now i cant say what the company will do but if you are doing funding with someone and are not using shares or not increasing SS the only other thing left is a merger and they where fast to say we cant discuss that information with you....
