Cheche, I have seen before that a company does not release the other partner/merger's company's name until that other company is ready to release a PR about itself in the deal. I have seen it work both ways, positively and negatively. Positively meaning they were telling the truth, eventually named the partner company, and the results were favorable. Negatively meaning they were dragging something along with false information.(I've also seen it with not just make believe ghost companies but also with pumped up make believe 'secured financing'.) With what's going on with this company now I think they would be out of their minds to snowball shareholders and the general public at this point. They are doing business and doing it well. That's my 2 cents.
