PEIX buys grain from the Midwest and sells left over mash to California dairy and cattle farms. Perhaps a wash sale, as mash would also be worth when grain prices rise?

Also no one has quantified any apparent or "increased" digestibility of mash to ruminants as the protein content or quality may be enhanced by the bacterial growth occurring during the fermentation process? Just a question, FWIW.....
