The question has been asked if there has been a name change and the answer is no. The dividend is seen as a form of a split so the DTC puts a "chill" out and shorting stops.

Just finished meeting with developers. We are tweaking, testing, and retweaking. The "issues" are minor but have to be worked out to ensure the system performs well. It's a process that is going to involve a few all nighters...stocking up on coffee. No one wants the final launch date out there more than us. As soon as we know you'll know!

We have also had some interest from some of the bigger players in domestic YP...but until this platform is done we aren't pulling the curtain back. We aren't missing out on a big opportunity because we jumped the gun in showing the platform. The industry is too competitive to have your lead pitch be "this is gonna' to be so cool when it's done".

We have two fairly large publishers we have been talking to, both of which are international. No formal announcements are being made until we have agreements in place but excitement is building around the potential of this platform.

For the load testing we are working with a local publisher who is getting ready to launch a new platform at about the same time we are launching the VSP. We are also building sales collateral and training material for the site and working on introduction and marketing videos for the reps.

The biggest issues with the site are the payment structure and gateway. We were originally going to have advertisers pay half up front and half on completion but have found a monthly billing cycle is less of a burden so we are changing that. We are also working on the payout system on the backend.

Here's an update for everyone about the site, the beta testing and what comes next. The developers are very proud of themselves on this, it's been a big project. The integration is complete and we are going to have a walk through on the completed site on Monday and Tuesday of next week.

The question came in about a launch on the 4th of Feb. As our last PR said and as restated here in response to the "launch" question, the UI was scheduled to be completed on the 4th, with beta testing starting at that time. No official launch date was set. We are currently ahead of schedule and will announce the final launch when we are further through the testing.

The UI is complete. Fixing bugs, updating information, adding content, load testing...we are getting there!! No official launch yet...not going out before we are ready but we are close.

Examples of intersite functions would include things like a project manager being updated on the status of a project, or the ability for a sales rep to download marketing collateral for a sales call. So far we only have minor issues presenting as we test.

Much of the integration is complete. We are testing each facet of the site for functionality, adding minor details like a form clear button or automated email response. We are also adding some text content, uploading video and audio, and testing how the functions of the site interact with one another.

As indicated in our most recent PR, our team is on target for the U/I integration to be complete on Feb 4th, we will beta/load test and announce the "official" launch date once we are closer to completion.

We have gotten a request to confirm that Feb 4th is the launch date and concerns about "another delay". Our original launch date was Dec 3rd and that got pushed to Feb 4th because of the complexity of the integration. It's a normal push for this level of development. There has been no other delay.
