I have already mentioned that Hilbroy are involved in this scam up to their necks; indeed Hilbroy's Jean François Amyot was Spencer Pharma's first "IR" man and a company officer, although his name no longer appears on SPPH's website.

Here's some of the typical comments posted about Hilbroy, Amyot and IAB (IAB, a promotional company controlled by Amyot, and one of the major beneficiaries of the $250,000 paid to pimp SPPH all over the Internet. Indeed the previous Moderator of this fine MB, who left in rather a hurry, was an agent for IAB):

"Jean-Francois Amyot's Hilbroy Advisory Inc. scam company used PennyStockChaser to pump most of their fraudulent deals, dumping millions upon millions of illegally issued shares. John Briner's name was all over a large portion of that paper!"

(PennyStockChaser owners were recently closed down by SEC after a series of particularly egregious pump and dump scams - the dots between them and IAB are very easy to connect).

"Is Jean Francois Amyot - the REAL author behind the [Patriot Energy - well-known P&D scandal: "The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has halted Patriot Energy Corp., a Montreal pink sheets listing, citing questions about the accuracy of a proposed takeover"] shareholder news letter???

Also note that the author of that shareholder letter appears to be Jean Francois Amyot - and not Tony Bisante.
