NWTT - Ontario Mining Videos Pt. 1,2 & 3 plus filing

Henderson, Nevada, February 4, 2011 - NW Tech Capital Inc. has shared the company’s recent geological report by releasing a video featuring geological consultant Jim Atkinson.

Mr. Atkinson, a well-respected professional geologist (P.Geo), reviewed Joe Riives's New Millennium Gold property in northwestern Ontario. The video, prepared before February 1, explains and elaborates on the locale findings, and offering an in-depth description of the property, its history, details on previously explored areas, surrounding mining operations and the sites with the most potential for gold discovery and profitable mining.

The company invites its followers to review these videos as they allow viewer to better understand and localize the potential of the property. The videos are below.

The new company management also continues to seek new mining ventures to expand its portfolio of properties with confirmed findings of precious metals.

What exactly is wrong with the vid? This isn't a Warner Bro's production. I hate to admit it, but the video has tons of credibility. Atkinson wouldn't risk his professional standing in print or in front of a camera throwing out false evaluations.

Other people may work on the project. If a qualified person relies on the work of people who are not qualified persons (under the definition in NI 43-101) to prepare a technical report or to provide information or advice to the issuer, it is up to the qualified person to take whatever steps are appropriate, in his or her professional judgment, to ensure that the information that he or she relies upon is sound. A qualified person is required to visit the site.

Mr. Atkinson (M.Sc) is a professional geologist (P.Geo) with more than 25 years experience as an exploration geologist at increasing levels of responsibility, up to and including exploration manager and vice-president of exploration, and more than 10 years of experience as a hydrogeologist and environmental consultant. Mr. Atkinson also worked as Exploration Director for Noront Resources Ltd. (by naked and short)


ALLINONE DD Jim Atkinson a professional geologist recommended the following for our New Millenium property:

"It should also be kept in mind that the recent increases in the price of gold has changed the economics of gold deposits and allowed larger lower grade deposits (such as Hammond Reef) to be developed in altered and mineralized areas where in the past uneconomic vein-type mineralization was found."
