Just a quick history for CPRK - Copper King Mining Corp in relation to Joseph Dunlop
On or about February 2008, Western Utah Copper Company entered into a business combination agreement with Copper King Mining (CPRK) whereby the officers, directors and shareholders of WUCC took control of CPRK and WUCC became an 100% owned subsidiary or CPRK.
With the WUCC / CPRK merger Mark Dotson took over as the CEO and brought his bogus mine appraisal done by Joseph Dunlop with him.
The appraisal for the Milford Mineral Belt in Western Utah was done by Joseph Dunlop in 2005. He appraised the reserves at 19.2 billion and appraised the net value of WUCC as 1.8 billion.
The good news is that they don't seem to use those appraisal numbers any more. I went to their website and saw no more ridiculous numbers being touted that were done by the discredited former appraiser.

CPRK did a form 15 in February of 2006 and hasn't filed anything since except for this one Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement in March of 2010 which gives very few details about the property:

On top of all that mess it looks like (judging by the web site and some of the message board posts) that the company has been making lots of promises over the past few months that haven't happened yet
The stock is currently trading at dismal $.0022 (and that is probably too high)
