1. Per all 3 locations: Number of slots and minimum/maximum wager. Also the maximum payout?
** 3rd location is coming soon. The new establishment is set within a high traffic location adjacent to the central bus terminal for the city of Puerto Plata. The establishment will consist of their first ever 24 hour per day Slot Parlor. Starting with more than 100 slot machines, the extremely favorable lease includes space for operations expansion including a total of 200 slot machines. CGAQ expects to open their 24 hour a day Slot Parlor called, Puerto Plata Parlor, in the near future. The company expects a great return on investment as the location is not only the main hub for city transit, but is inclusive of a strip mall that includes local businesses such as the disco, numerous restaurants, an exchange bank, pharmacy and gas station. The high traffic businesses and transit authority that this location consists of will continue to brand the CGAQ name at a faster pace while being the only location within miles to provide gaming entertainment. If people can have fun buying a lottery ticket, our clients will have a great time taking a break from the world with us in this convenient area of Puerto Plata

4. Better explanation of why the need for extra shuttle service?
** Big hotel over 600 rooms, that way we can get more customers in form within the hotel. many towns are located in a 10 mile radius so we can get them more interested in coming in.
5. Current status of the 3 for 2 conversion?
** On October 29, 2010, CGAQ announced the conversions of stock from 3 to 2; for this process to begin these are the exact requirements that are needed for the conversion. If you have a balanced account (Don't have a physical certificate) -- Copy of email with the news release.

** 3rd location still to be built, and 2nd location doesnt have such an expensive lighting as the first, if you see the pictures on facebook you will see that it has excellent lighting. A lot have asked why we didn't have a big grand opening in the Luperon Bay casino, that was because the Hotel management held us back because it would disturb some clients (the casino in inside the facility) and the area where it could take place would have been in areas designated to paying customers (all inclusive). We had a big grand opening planned. ... the 3rd location is very small investment compared to the 1st and 2nd locations.

25. Why is CGAQ barely trading above a penny?
** we all know that's it because of the lack of confidence and commitment from many investors. I believe that the dilution of the stock is what ultimately has driven the price down. The part of needing confidence and more committed investor is on me not Mr. Swank, I believe as I have seen so far, that dumping of stock is one of the things holding us down. I am working on trying to rebuild the stock but it's for nothing if YOU as an investor dont believe it will hold up the price and then sell (as happens to many penny stock). ... what I was trying to say was that it wasn't Mr. Swanks comments but my own.
26. What does CGAQ have planned for more boxing, wrestling, live shows, charity events, etc?

27. When will CGAQ provide info of CEO Mr. Steve Swank's private number and direct response line?
** Once Mr. Swank has the line set up i will post it on all boards. Within the next two weeks CEO Mr. Steven Swank will have a private number where one day a week for a period of four hours he will be answering questions and listening to comments good or bad. Progress reports will be posted regularly on all operations.
28. Does CGAQ have other Hotasa Hoteles ventures in the works?

** answered in another post. Right now all our operations are in the north coast, but we are not limited to that part of the DR we are willing to invest where see an opportunity. ... 3rd location was simply an offer that CGAQ couldn't turn down because of the potential the project has.
33. Is CGAQ advertising?
** In Dominican Republic it's illegal to have casino commercials and ads, but we do promote directly with the hotels (giving welcome packets to costumers with match play, free play, free drinks in casino and disco) restaurants and more places are to be added. cutting a deal with jet blue, delta, AA, or any other airline is a huge investment and it doesn't guarantee that we will get out target public.
34. Why would I invest in CGAQ?
** Simple, it is unvalued company that has huge potential, going through big changes to get investor more involved, what other penny stock company can say the same thing? Casino Luperon and Galactic Night Club are open from 8 PM to 4 AM. However, the casino may follow suit with Sosua Bay Grand and open their slot machines earlier in the day. We have a locked in crowd from the hotel and the town. CGAQ plans on ensuring investors that each acquisition is a true profit center. CGAQ's Live Video Internet Gaming will now receive 100% of all gross revenues from its ongoing internet expansion. CGAQ has continually created profit centers that fund expansion. However, the latest move has created an avenue of profit taking that has yet to be realized. We are an acquisition company, not a bystander. We will perform in a much more efficient manner with the greater incentive of receiving 100% of the gross revenues. The size of the complex and the outstanding room accommodations make it easy for tourists to get too comfortable, as my recent stay showed. We will continue to increase promotion within the resort. This will allow us to increase the minimum bets per table. Within the two weeks I oversee the operation as the first priority of business, I expect our margins of profit to continually rise to a support level that will far exceed that of the Sosua Bay location. Therefore, it will continue to fund our expansion and profit for investors, at a faster rate. ... they have offered a free all inclusive 7 day vacation at the resort for the first 5 investors who respond to this release via email. The company wants to ensure there are testimonials from others, outside of executive management, who understand the growth of the company since its first fiscal quarter began less than 15 months ago. Each new establishment not only gets easier to launch, but increases our economies of scale further. As the market starts to reflect our assets and efforts, the stakes are going to rise for anyone not vested in our stock. We are excited about the good times coming for the investors who have shown the patience and perseverance the staff surrounding me has. The casino is now the centerpiece in the Sosua Bay Resort at Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, the largest and most populated Caribbean Island.
