known but unidentified shareholders who hold more than 1MM shares and 18 who hold more than 5MM
shares as per the Transfer Agent’s verified stamped report

so 2 beneficial owners with 14.4 million shares

The shares outstanding 143,824,000 with 8 million being reduced from the unwinding of the Southbridge deal. Leaving 135,824,000
