Dear IR for El Maniel:

There have been many questions by shareholders concerning whether or not Jamie Khoo and/or El Maniel still owns the Philatelic collection of stamps that was appraised at $4.25 Million Dollars.

There are shareholders that claim they have spoken to El Maniel's legal counsel, David Price and that Mr. Price had informed them that the collection was no longer owned by El Maniel and to have anything pertaining to said collection, REMOVED from our website.

Is this true?

Thank you for your inquiry. Rest assured, as released publicly, we are still the 70% rightful beneficial owner of the stamp collection assets. However, we are currently in the process of resolving a dispute with the 30% owners on amicable grounds. Hence, we are unable to comment further until the matter is resolved. Furthermore, Mr David Price is an ex-officer of the Company and his services as our legal counsel was also duly terminated quite some time back. Therefore, he has no privy to the Company’s corporate affairs whatsoever thereto let alone any authority to comment and/or issue any form of statements whatsoever about and/or on behalf of the Company and/or its officers thereon.

So i'm thinking a visit to this gentleman's office will be fruitless (unless he is bitter and chooses to go outside of the bounds of client confidentiality, to state his case). Nonetheless pkdaddy, keep us informed.
