What is a stock scam??
The price has been manipulated without question. It was pushed up by aggressive buying and driven down by heavy short sales. There should be no question about that. Is it insiders dumping stock based on inside knowledge? Probably not, but unless all the short sales were naked shorts, then the short sellers had to borrow the shares from someone, and if the insiders own 70% there is a good chance they loaned them out for the short sales. Is that a scam?
At the stock price right now some will profit nicely if they close out the short positions. I think that a couple comments were made on the board about $1.80+ being a nice gain, and the possibility of going down to $1.00. Is that a scam??
