XCELLINK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (Registered Office in Hong Kong) ("XCELLINK") is the registered owner of intellectual property commonly titled "Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer System and Method" – which is registered in many jurisdictions and specified in International Publication: WO 98/09260.

XCELLINK has issued "Notices of Termination" to various organizations as a result of their unauthorised use of XCELLINK'S intellectual property. Those unauthorised users include Xcellink International Inc, a US listed company, which has purported to take a transfer of title in XCELLINK'S intellectual property by virtue of a heads of agreement, subsequently terminated.

At no time has any transfer of any title or interest in XCELLINK'S patents, intellectual property or other assets passed to any party.

Further announcements will be made as soon as practicable regarding exciting developments concerning XCELLINK'S Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer System.
