I'm shareholder of WTCT from Israel.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me with information about the count of O/S for WTCT. Due to the last report from OTCMarket site, It is showing that on 18,Nov,2010 : Shares Outstanding count: 590,093,993
Since that days, PPS have steadily slide down to below 0.001 and climbed back to 0.002, due to the recent news.
I believe that since 18-Nov-2010, company increased the count of Outstanding Shares to numbers much higher then what it was recorded on OTCMarket balance sheets.
