"Mr. Clark,
My name is XXXXXXXX, and I'm an investor in Michelex Corp, the holdings company partnered with Pristine Pharma and NuMed Labs. My
understanding is that you've met with Mr. Venkat Kakani and are
familiar with the Michelex property, building, and plans for hiring positions to open the plant in Massena. . . .
I know that you're a busy man, but if you have time and liberty to do so, would you mind confirming that you have, indeed, met these men, seen the building, [et al]?

He replied,
"I've met with Venkat on a number of occasions and had a meeting with he and AK [I assume he meant AL, as in Albert Lacle; understandable to hit the K instead of L, as this was sent from his Blackberry] today as a matter of fact. We toured the facility and things seem to be moving along quite well."
