AMSZ news seems to go sort of unnoticed by the market today, but I like the current pace the company is moving in. Good updates I think, and it will be interesting to see what the future will bring us there. Looking forward to symbol-change soon, will be nice to wash out all the old once and for all.

Organic Plant Health Completes Agreement With SC Distributor and Announces New E-Commerce Website Launch in February

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - January 19, 2011) - Organic Plant Health, LLC, (OPH), (PINKSHEETS: AMSZ), an exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers and soil conditioners, announced today that it has finalized an agreement with South Carolina Distributor Greenwave Distribution, for exclusive distribution rights in that state. Additionally, Greenwave also purchased an option for exclusive distribution rights for the state of Georgia.

Website advertising and publicity efforts will be targeted to all regions of the country at various times of the year in order to coincide with each region's peak gardening season and maximize revenues generated by the website.

The company is also pleased to announce that CEO Billy Styles' new local radio show entitled, "Backyard Styles," airing Saturday from 8:00AM-9:30 AM, on Charlotte, NC radio station 1110AM, WBT, and streamed online at www.wbt.com, is entering its third week this Saturday and has been a great success.
