StormKing IMO Comments on Recent MRNJ Happenings

Hi All, I thought I would provide a few comments, thoughts, and observations about the latest activities of the company. For those new here, I have been invested since May 2010 and have tried to regularly compile a listing of the number of iPad apps the company has in the Top 200 in order to get a gauge on sales and progress within the company. Prior to the commencement of the Blog, it was one of the only ways I knew to try to project sales from the company (and do DD). I focused on iPad, since they had a manageable number of apps to keep track of and they more regularly showed up on the Top 200 Grossing ranks.

So, my thoughts on the latest company activities:

1) The company created a blog back in late December and have used it to update shareholders on real-time company happenings, the biggest being providing daily revenue updates. This is completely voluntary by the company and a MASSIVE step in transparency (and starts to render my Top 200 ranks less important, which is a good thing). Also providing answers to shareholders questions and providing them to all simultaneously has been a welcome sight. Even seeing them provide some insight into their short-term and long-term strategy has helped boost confidence in the company’s business plan. And lastly, informing us that their rate of app release is going to accelerate to 100+ apps a month was monumental. All in all, what has this step up in transparency resulted in?:

• Generating buzz for the company (i.e marketing)
• Attracting new investors (LOL, just look at the activity on i-hub and Yahoo now),
• “Branding” their company
• And subtly, it implies confidence within the company officers that they see great things ahead.

2) They will be releasing apps on Android and Blackberry this quarter, and as soon as 3 weeks from now. Simply…Amazing…IMO, this quarter is shaping up to be THE DEFINING QUARTER for this company. The company is moving fast, and something they must do if they want to become a major player. I still want to see an acquisition, but perhaps something for 3-5 months from now. Also, i concur that they are one of the few app companies that is public. I did my own DD, and havent found one yet.

3) Revenues. One month ago, their highest day revenue day were a single $1,450 day in September 2010, and a $1,600 on 12/12/10. NOW, that amount is a “bad” day” for them. Thus far in January, they seem to have a hard time this month cracking the $2,300 level, but I believe that a month from now, we will be laughing about that temporary barrier. Recently, the company projected $40,000 in revenues for January on their blog, which would be a +12% sequential increase from December. Yes, IMO a nice conservative number, which is what I like to see them project. But, at the current pace through 17 days reported, they are averaging $1,808 per day, which if projected to the end of the month, nets about $56,000. So, I look for them to exceed that 40K estimate handily (assuming another 40+ apps come out the remainder of the month as well). And this is just the first month of the quarter. As I have said before, I look to invest in +triple digit revenue growth stocks (YOY), and this company looks assuredly to report that again for Q1 2011 since Q1 2010 was a total of $34,760. Sequentially, I like to see +25% gain between Q4 2010 and Q1 2011. Well, considering they probably pulled in about 96K for Q4 2010, all they need to do for this quarter is to total 120K. I believe they will do that easily, maybe by the end of February. See the following link to a post I made back on (seems along time ago for some reason) January 5, 2011. I believe Q1 2011 will have to be revised upwards from what I predicted in there. (investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58428996)

4) I believe the company is aware of the I-Hub and Yahoo boards, and thus shareholder sentiment and concerns. They are also seemingly receptive and responsive to suggestions emailed to their IR. I can tell by the way they respond promptly to issues raised, and in some other more subtle ways. So, as part-owners of this company, it is also our responsibility to use our collective brain power and help grow this company and provide any insight we may have.

5) Stock Price For those who are familiar with me, I don’t customarily comment on it or make projections. But, overall, I believe that you demonstrate and maintain explosive growth, and the share price will rise in response.

I think this is all for now. Please do your own DD as this stuff is all my opinion.
I have plenty more I could say, but cannot quit the day job just yet, so have to dome some WORK.

Best regards to all of you and congratulation to i-Mobilize and its officers and support staff. Outstanding job.
