Question: How has El Maniel managed to fund its ORIGINAL aquisition of the stamp asset collection?

Answer: This was done with funds raised through company operations and outside private investments in the company by partners.

Question: How has El Maniel managed to fund ongoing expenses in Ghana, "internally"? Does this mean that the managing members of El Maniel are using their own capital?

Answer: A good portion of our capital, yes, is invested in the company privately by its Board and principals.

Question: Or is El Maniel releasing more authorized stock into the shares outstanding?

Answer: As well, yes, from time to time, we will utilize markets to raise capital for immediate opportunities.

Question: Why hasnt the oil terminal facility been refurbished like the PR stated it would be, and HOW specifically are we going to pay the $1,000,000 lease fee come May of this year on said property?

Answer: At this time, our operations are focused in Ghana due to the tremendous opportunity and we will most likely re-negotiate terms on the terminal as it is a friendly relationship we have there toward collective benefit.

Question: How can El Maniel state it has offices all over the world, specifically in midtown Manhattan, Washington DC, North Carolina, Singapore and Hong Kong? WHERE ARE THESE OFFICES? Addresses please?

Question: Why doesnt El Maniel have a working telephone number where someone is available to answer shareholder questions and general questions?

Answer: We feel it is most efficient and best to have a paper trail through use of email for shareholder communications. Many companies opt for email as the primary option for prompt, accurate response.

Question: It is stated that we have an "office" on 5th avenue in Manhattan, but the reality is that it is a virtual office/maildrop.

Answer: Anyone can google map any one of our locations. Some are virtual, some are for operations, but all are to best facilitate projects we have worldwide.

Question: What is Gerrard Hollister's role in the company? Is he STILL in charge of Investor Relations?

Answer: He is not, per our latest press release.


Question: You do understand that so many "promises" were made in your past PR's that did not come to fruition. Shareholders want some updates concerning these past press releases. Every single day our shareprice suffers due to rampant speculation that Jamie Khoo is selling stock into the open market, shortly after issuing a PR.

Answer: For example, applying for a Gold Buyer's License and gaining one in less than a week later? For example, completing geological survey on 250 acres of land? For example, putting out financials in a timely manner? I am not sure what 'promises' you refer to, and we can not, will not recommend to buy or sell our security as it is not our job; however, this is a company in development phase making some tremendous achievements. If micro-cap or nano-cap companies are not in your comfort zone, I would recommend reconsidering. We can only do our best each day to grow the company and its opportunities toward long-term collective benefit and WILL experience volatility therein. We will derive capital from the markets and we will use capital to the best of our abilities to reward all those who support us long-term.

Question: I'm willing to stay the course here, because i believe in what the company is doing - but its quite frustrating to NOT get these simple questions answered

Answer: I thank you and, the only thing I question is why you feel questions are not being answered. We felt that GH was not doing a proper job in responding in a timely manner, so we took this in -house and have provided detailed response to questions in a timely manner since.
