Being familiar with penny stocks, when i see a 15-12g, usually it's a good thing. But that is when a .0001 pink sheet stock shoots up to .001 or higher

But when a Nasdaq delisted company files a 15-12g, I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. The only bright side of the story I see here is if the 15-12g precedes some sort of buyout or r/m news. If we see the board resignation next week, you can bet that RINO is going to be acquired. But for how much?? that will be the gamble
