I personally am invested on the pure speculation that this is a R/M. I equally don't have a lot of detail other than what you can find on pink sheets (which is very outdated) and NV Sos (which is limited), but based on the 7.5m shares traded Tuesday, it looks like something is going on behind the scenes here.
