Satpal Sidhu was named the COO of Allora Minerals (EPOD Solar - NV) on June 30, 2009 coinciding with the stock purchase agreement between Allora Mineral and EPOD Solar. Satpal Sidhu was the COO for EPOD Solar Canada since 2008.

Also on June 30, 2009, Satpal Sidhu was appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the Registrant. Mr. Sidhu served as Chief Operating Officer of EPOD Canada beginning in 2008. Prior to joining EPOD Canada, Mr. Sidhu was the Dean of Professional Technical Education at Bellingham Technical College in Bellingham, Washington from 2002 to 2008. Prior to serving in that position Mr. Sidhu held senior managerial and vice president positions in several manufacturing-related businesses, and has over 30 years of professional experience in management of complex industrial operations, construction projects and enterprise management. In 2005, Mr. Sidhu was designated a Fulbright Scholar, and received a research grant under the Fulbright program. He is a licensed engineer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science degree in math and physics and a Master’s of Business Administration.

You are right it is very interesting that somebody that was an officer of Allora Minerals Inc/EPOD Solar Inc before the OptiSolar Technology Inc Letter of Intent that has been Michael Matvieshen's right hand man for a while would end up being the one to sign the LOI for OptiSolar Technologies Inc - Shady stuff.

Kind of makes you wonder because as you stated Satpal Sidhu was never at any time an employee of OptiSolar Inc prior to the formation of OpticSolar Technology Inc in February of 2009.
Satpal Sidhu later became the COO of ICP Technology Inc. after Michael Matvieshen moved his fishy ways over to that company.

I wonder if we saw a list of officers for OptiSolar Technology Inc from the Delaware SOS if Satpal Sidhu would even show up in the Delaware SOS filings.
