That people can perpetuate that this is a "Solid" company with "Growth" and "Potential"

Let's iterate, again, some very important facts. Note I said facts, because these are confirmable by resources in the public realm. Due to Investorshub rules, I may not be able to explicitly link or identify people involved, however, I assure you anyone interested in validating what I'm saying should be more than able.


1: CDIV was subject to extreme stock manipulation. Public statements were made, to the tune of "We turned two worthless companies (CDIV / EIGH) in to incredible value." There were no fundamentals by which CDIV belonged at .72, and that is why it now sits at .02.

This has been semantically side-stepped each time I assert it, so let me point out this un-refuted post that has remained in place.

2: "Growth" "Sales" "Potential"

It has been well summarized by myself, and others (Due respect to your difference in opinion) that the apps marketed by CDIV are among other things...

A) Not unique / original
B) Not selling at any marked rate
C) Not well reviewed -- See these App store links to their 3 most popular games. An average grade of 40-50%!?

3: Financials

A) CDIV getting financing from shareholders is not revenue. Their sales are anemic at best.

These facts mean a lot of things to me, but none of them impress upon me "Strength" "Solidity" or "Safe Investment"
