..It says nothing about how many acquired shares or at what price or why now does it?.



Remember that this is a legal document it has to be precise. A single typo or error can get it thrown out of court.

Gendarme acquired the stock from small public companies at 30-50% discounts to the market price



If Gendarme acquired a single share of stock at ANY price that was not in the specified range they could get the entire claim thrown out of court for being inaccurate.

So we know for a fact that the shares Gendarme bought (legally) from RCCH were in the 30 to 50% discounted range.

So yes is says everything about what price was paid.

The exact same argument proves the number of shares that were received. At least 2.1 Billion.

Again, if they got less than 2.1 billion shares and can present the transaction details to the court, then the entire case is dismissed.

So we also know how many shares, it is clearly laid out in black and whit in the legal documents.
