I called them today. They just finished their website last week & they are testing it in-house this week, Should be taking wagers next week.
The man who answered the phone said they were liscened to accept bets from residents of 34 states. Texas is the only heavily populated state they can't accept wagers from.
They can't accept wagers on races held in the US until they make a deal with each state racing comission. He said he is working on that & he should have it done within the month. For now they are accepting wagers from tracks in the UK, Australia, other Countries
They are also going to offer online gaming eventually.
The corporate office is in Canada, so I don't know where they would run online gaming from.
