This LOI is signed by us. But CWRN did not give us any cargo because they have no production ready for shipment.
Nowadays, Robert/Bob was saying they may have first shipment around a month time. And he has many buyers to choose etc.

I actually want to know if LOI which was signed by China Hua Dong Corp. Ltd got any future attention by CWRN.
Did this document become the contract between two companies or it wasn't realized at all ?
It would be helpful to know why.

There is probably misunderstood. I'm shareholder of CWRN and just wanted to get more information on letter of intents, LOI,
which was signed by China Hua Dong Corp. Ltd and delivered to Cotton & Wester Mining at July of 2009. During the last one
and half year, your company wasn't mentioned in no one of CWRN's PRs. That is the reason why I wanted to know more aboutÂ
the relations of CHDC and CWRN.
