Q. Is the company diluting?

A. Management is not diluting the company.

Q. Is the exact float 1.23 Billion?

A. Correct.

Q. Is the share structure going to change anytime soon?

A. Tesoro management has a growth & expansion plan in place that may strenghten the structure on a per share basis, however, we do not give guidance (revenues & cash flow), this said, we are unable to predict the financial needs of the company.

Q. Excuse my ignorance, but aren't you upposed to file an 8-K with the SEC since opening the new store?

A. Tesoro is a company trading on the Pink Sheets, this said, the company is not obligated to file 8-K's.
 Pink Sheet companies are not required to file 8K's 10Q's and/or 10K's.

Q. Is there any plans to reduce the 5 Billion authorized shares, as it seems the Spring 2010 merger candidate was rejected?


A. Mr. Boucher (CEO of Tesoro) considers all options, including share structure. The authorized amount was put in place so expansion, including acquisitions can be accomplished if need be.

Q. Now that we have gotten some interest in TSNP is Mr. Boucher or the company going to help investors by coming up with an update on plans and goals of TSNP ?

A. Yes - we have been very active within the investment community, including meetings with institutional investors and brokers. We have a number of meetings planned during Q1 and we believe the plans we have in place will provide exposure among new & prospective investors as well as updates for current investors.


Q. I just want to let you know that we, the investors, are doing our part on bringing TSNP real value back, now question is what are you going to do to help us?

A. Tesoro management is building a company through increased sales, providing exceptional service to commercial and retail customers, as well as successfully opening a second store and considering numerous other expansion and growth options. We believe that increased sales, positive cash flow and profitability will result in a higher market cap.
