Of late volumes have increased and the sp is rising.

I would beware of this rally as I feel the restructuring costs over the last quarter must be considerable and the figures may disapoint.

The recent filings re: options seem to me to be a case of the directors ripping off the small investors regardless of the value they provide for shareholders as their package looks over generous regardless.

Would anyone care to comment on these options and explain them in detail.
