It's easy to get confused as we have not exactly updated the iBox since everything has transpired with Hunt...
MMBF (Momentum) has no assets, aside from the intellectual property rights to the biofuel process they used at their former plant. Their current sole source of revenue is the deal they have inked with Hunt. Hunt got the plant and the rights to use the biofuel process, in exchange for 3% of revenues for biofuel as well as Hunt's sand/frac sand business.
At this time, "It is the intent of management to pursue additional royalty and licensing agreements, and also consider other opportunities in other non-related businesses"
Outstanding - 93,224,444
Float - 59,224,444
We know the plant Hunt now runs has the capacity to produce 40 million gallons of biofuel per year. The tax credit alone equates to $40,000,000 and simply put 3% of that is $1,200,000 in royalty agreement revenues to MMBF on just the credit alone.. not to mention the actual income received from sales or any of the Sand business..
Yeah that .06 ask ain't looking to high anymore huh?
