SOS CHANGES POSTING INFORMATION:

I just wanted to write a post that further clarified the rules of this board. I think many of us believe in the importance of keeping the board timely, filled with discussion surrounding recent SOS Changes, without a ton of clutter. To further that aim here are a couple things posters of SOS Changes should keep in mind.

What Should be Posted?

- Discussion regarding recent SOS Changes is very much encouraged.

- Recent SOS Changes. If you post a change that is older than a month, your post will most likely be deleted by a moderator. You can imagine the hundreds of older SOS Changes which could be posted if we didn't follow this guideline.

- Non-duplicate posts. If an SOS Change has already been posted please do not re-post it. Discussion surrounding it is important, but we don't want to clutter the board with multiple SOS Change postings on the same stock.

- Any and everything else related to SOS Changes or information on SOS Changes. Posts not related to SOS Changes and/or off topic will most likely be deleted.

So that's the general idea, not trying to be a hard ass, but we need to maintain the quality and top notch analysis on the board in a way that hopefully helps investors.

How Should you Post?

Posting Format for SOS Changes:

DATE - TICKER SYMBOL (with [t] tags - allows for board search) - COMPANY NAME - SOS CHANGE (italicized) - ADD'L INFO (italicized)

LINK

Example:

10/7/10 - TRTB - True 2 Beauty Inc. - Annual List - Officer Changes - New President is Almuntasser Hbaiu

nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=Bj1MdLLrNsfXga9YGHF0fw%253d%253d&CorpName=TRUE+2+BEAUTY+INC.

We keep this format so that readers/investors are getting the information they need in a consistent fashion. If you're going to post SOS Changes to the board, please follow this format. Thanks again to all of those who have been posting changes and contributing to discussion. Step by step we hope to make this board better, your help is appreciated.
