There is definitely activity on the site. Fresh tire tracks everywhere, geotube full of water, freshly excavated soil on site, HUGE stockpiles of soil near the conveyor belt, no earth-moving equipment (well there's a loader a few hundred feet away), but there is an aerial platform lift (cherry picker)...
