Many thanks, Blue Horseshoe!

Here's a copy of a post I made on the AFLB and the SPPH MBs:

Things that make you go “Oh, yeah that makes sense”:

Spencer Pharma’s CEO is Dr. Max Arella.

Dr. Arella, being the versatile chap that he is, sits on the Board of various other scam companies.

One of those companies is Horizon Health International Corp (HZHID, formerly known as HZHI prior to a very recent reverse split). Indeed, the good doctor is Chairman of Horizon.

Who sits on the HZHID Board? Here are its officers in their full glory:

Chairman: Max Arella
President and CEO: Rocc Di Fruscia
Press Relations: Greg Werbowski

So who, I hear you ask, is Rocc Di Fruscia, estimable CEO of this equally estimable organisation?

Why, as Blue Horseshoe has identified, good ol’ Rocc is none other than a well-known organized crime figure in Ontario, where in his Rachman-like (look it up) activities he is responsible for no fewer than thirty seven – 37, count ‘em, violations of the Fire Code:

“Landlord faces $430,000 fine after fatal fire
Difruscia found guilty of 37 Ontario Fire Code charges”

http://www.niagarathisweek.com/niagarathisweek/article/183711

Oh, and (at least) three boot-legging offenses to boot:

“Rocco DiFruscia of Thorold, Ontario was treated in court. DiFruscia was fined $4,000 for illegally selling wine to an undercover police officer. This was his third bootlegging conviction in as many years, and a 1995 fine of $2,500 fine still had not been paid.”

If you can judge a man by the company he keeps, then you can be sure that both DiFruscia and Arella are crooks.

And that also means that other companies that Arella is associated with, such as AFLB and BISU, are equally scams. Certainly their track record suggests that to be the case.

And there is not a single scintilla of doubt that Spencer Pharma is a scam. None whatsoever.

With a huge tip of the hat to Blue Horseshoe:
